Starting position:

Transformation of the purchasing department to a global purchasing organization  and implementation of SAP Ariba simultaniously.

Measures:

• Analysis and design of a change management concept as part of the organizational realignment of global purchasing and implementation of SAP Ariba
• Set up a project roadmap and project organization
• Undertake a risk assessment and carry out a stakeholder impact analysis; definition of personas, deriving measures and creating a tailor-made education and training plan
• Consulting and coaching the project team and the affected stakeholders
  

Results:

• Creating a change concept with special consideration of organizational, procedural and technical changes (SAP Ariba)
