After more than 20 years in managerial responsibility as a Plant Manager in Germany and as General Manager for market entry and the development of production companies in China, I asked myself in 2007 at the age of 50 how I would like to work professionally for the next 20 years?
What else do I want to achieve?
What could I enjoy and what do I think makes sense?

I have been working as a freelance Interim Manager for more than 15 years now, mostly in large and small medium-sized industrial companies, but also in corporations.

It is my passion to support companies on their individual path to sustainable development. My clear focus is to reveal and implement hidden talents of your organization for a long-term and sustainable generation of corporate success.

 My professional career began more than 20 years ago after studying physical engineering as a Sales Manager. A degree in business administration followed, then years in project management, operationally and strategically, in international corporations as well as SMEs and in consulting.

Since then, I've been looking at the entire organization, always looking for answers in a holistic way, not in silos. That is what prompted me to start my own business in 2021.

Neither one's own path in life nor decisions in companies can be planned in detail, it is rather important to think ahead, rethink and redirect; always in the focus of value creation and corporate success, I would like to support companies in this.
