• Need for action with regard to product quality, delivery reliability and communication
• Decision-making basis for the personnel and organizational realignment of the plant with subsequent implementation (project manager role)

• Change Management; analysis of the location (processes, organization, sickness rates, staff, sales structure, etc.)
• Concept creation (organizational chart, processes, responsibilities)
• Recommendation and implementation of the adopted measures, plant management
