Starting position:

• Optimization of the procurement process (P2P) and order processing (OTC) of a SME as part of an M&A transaction

Measures:

• Analysis of the existing processes and organization including the global requirements of the M&A transaction. Creation of a roadmap for implementation.

Results:

• Initiation of improvement measures, process and organizational adjustments. Definition and implementation of KPIs as a basis for company analysis with regard to the M&A transaction.
