I can only fully support your statement, Mr. Bach. As an interim manager with a focus on process and organizational development, I'm always surprised at how little the GF has knowledge of the processes in "your" company and how managers get into their positions exclusively on the basis of subject-specific topics, rather than also on the basis of emotional EQ.
Simply put...personally immature for leadership. "One bad leader breeds the next"...how true.
