Starting position:

Relocation of production, R&D, sales /order processing to different locations in Europe within a defined time frame and budget

Measures:

• Setting up and following up the project plans, leading the project manager
• Reporting to the management of the business unit and the steering committee
• monitoring of budgets and savings
• Analysis of the order processing and advice to the GF

Results:

• Implementation of the project in compliance with the time and budget framework
• Achievement of significant savings effects
