Starting position:

Reduction of capacity bottlenecks in printed circuit board production (PCBAs) at the location in D

Measures:

• Relocation of overcapacities to a group site in Poland;
• Creation of the project plan/ Gantt charts, gate reviews/ status reporting and monitoring of the project progress for the relocation
• Creation of the project management road map as a guide for future relocation projects
  

Results:

• Standardization of the project planning concept (definition, organization, planning, risk analysis, control, completion)
• Leading the project to the first two stages of relocation
